It seems that application development is a black box for non-IT people, and usually customers have several key concerns over software development process:
#1 Why does it take so long to develop such a simple feature or application?
#2 Why are you rescheduling the deadline again?
#3 It's too expensive. Why is that?
#4 Could you add more people so we would make it on time?
