Day 1 and 2
It's my first time at CEBIT and it is the 1st day. CEBIT in Hannover is a huge event and it occupies a lot of halls across its large territory. There are even 2 bus lines inside. Out of more than 10 halls I managed to visit only two during my first day.
The first hall I visited could actually tell you about our future:
- Cloud services
- IBM Bluemix
- Salesforce (I guess they have a whole separate hall for themselves)
- Predictive analytics
- Robotics
- Internet of Things (IoT)
- Augmented reality
- 3D printing

In the hall §11 you could taste yourself some Robotics from Bosch:
Coffee was not bad. The good thing for us, humans,
is that for one robot you would need
at least one human to support its functionality.
So there is some hope for us.
and 3D scanning:
Large 3D scanning box, where you could
be scanned and later your clone could be recreated.
